Revenue Transformation

Zuora RevPro & ASC 606 Implementation

Worked closely with PwC to implement a new revenue reporting tool (RevPro) to our existing Oracle system, pulled data from 2001- 2020 to account for opening balances and adjustments for clarity, implemented projects-related revenue recognition system as part of RevPro (custom-build), transitioned existing customer accounts to the new revenue standard

Information Builders Inc.: Partnered with PwC to manage opening balances in deferred, unbilled, and AR via journal entries, merged contracts with undelivered obligations into Oracle with 300+ set up in one month, created AR entries for existing invoices to ensure our balances aligned, adopted two new team members and trained them on TIBCO’s systems, new OU setups and testing.

Citrix: Liaise across the organization with high level leadership and operations from both BU’s to manage consulting and training revenue under a new joint entity, reviewed deferred balances in order to align for both BU’s, managed new team members while running separate systems, learned the revenue recognition and reconciliation process on the Citrix side.
